If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization (RA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused snowboard or apparel in its original packaging including all tags and protective materials.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand the package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
